In the struggle of life there is a better way. Better in more peaceful, more connected, more inspired, with more meaning and bliss. What is required of us in order to ride the flow of life? What is required to live an inspired life? In the life of doing doing doing…there is a shift that occurs that brings us to a halt. Stop. Be. Observe…observe what’s around you.. observe how you feel.. no judgment.. just being. Showing up to life means to me that we do not run, resist, deny, try to always change what is. It means being present to what is. To observing, like an artist observes, where you see life exactly as it is and don’t try to change anything, but just appreciate the splendor of what is. Paying attention to me means inner listening. Being aware of our feelings, our thoughts, other people’s actions, feelings, words. Listening with your whole being until we are inspired to move. Having an intention of how can I serve? How can I add my gifts to this situation to help?
This concept of “Show Up and Pay Attention” is from Wayne Dyer’s movie: “Ambition to Meaning”. A movie that inspires and nurtures the shift in us to move towards having deeper meaning in our lives and feeling our connection to our Higher Power. Deepest gratitude to Wayne Dyer for his work.
